Awarded Cambridge DELTA (Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults) with distinction/merit (specialism in Business English); RSA CELTA and Young Learners Extension to CELTA; Higher Education Certificates in English Language and Literature, and Business and Finance.

Currently studying for an MA (TESOL) at the University of South Wales.

Worked for 12 years in administrative, sales and supervisory roles in public and private sectors before a change to teaching/training in EFL. Has over 12 years teaching/training experience in the UK and Singapore with private language schools, British Council Singapore and as a freelance teacher/trainer. Has taught English to a multi-national range of ages and levels; individuals and groups from a variety of professions and backgrounds. Co-founded class-e in 2013.

Has developed a range of skills and knowledge from various work sectors and roles in the UK and through extensive travel and relationships formed in SE Asia during 15 years living in Singapore, and through a commitment to professional development.

Global clients have included company directors, senior management and personnel from a diverse range of sectors including Technology, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Banking and Government Services, as well as business owners and individuals simply seeking to improve their English for personal pleasure and travel.
