Hello. I’m Louise. I created class-e ten years ago to provide a modern, personalised, blended training platform for time-poor professionals. I love what we do. Training is not just about the learning process but for me it’s also very much about building relationships and trust. I am proud that class-e has grown through the strength of these relationships and business growth has and continues to be based on personal recommendations.

Previously, a business publications journalist. 25 years experience training in the UK and abroad: Greece, France, Switzerland, the Canary Islands, the Maldives, Kuala Lumpur British Council, Singapore British Council and Sweden. Experienced business communications trainer.

Teaching the Italian military sky-diving division
Winning the position of Training Consultant for the Four Seasons Hotel group, Maldives over 2000 applicants. Developed and mentored their hospitality stafﬁng team for promotion, from waiters, spa therapists and chefs to top management
Coaching the French Ambassador’s son in Singapore
Working as part of the teacher trainer mentoring team at British Council, Singapore
Coaching European Work Council members of multinationals to go beyond their limits as a business communications training consultant with Impact People

Global clients have included very high proﬁle management personnel, airline personnel, company directors and owners, employees of the German media, European MPs, security experts, telecommunications industry project leaders and technical staff, pharmaceutical industry personnel, university professors and European Work Council members at DS Smith, SCA and Trelleborg.
